This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you ("End User") and Misha Enterprises Ltd. ("Licensor"), British Columbia, Canada, for use of the Sausage Guru mobile application ("App").
1. Grant of Licence
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, rent, sell, or create derivative works based on the App.
3. Apple App Store — Additional Terms
- This EULA is between you and Misha Enterprises Ltd. only, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- The licence is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event of App failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
4. Google Play — Additional Terms
If downloaded from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional Pro (one-time) and Cloud (subscription) purchases processed by the respective app store. Refunds are subject to the applicable store's refund policy.
6. Ownership
The App and all copies are proprietary to Misha Enterprises Ltd. All rights not specifically granted are reserved.
7. Updates
Updates may be automatically installed. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
