These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sausage Guru mobile application and the website at sausageguru.online, including the recipe library (collectively, “Service”), operated by Misha Enterprises Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
2. Accounts
2.1 Recipe library membership
Membership of the recipe library website is free. You agree to provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, bulk downloading, or reselling library content.
2.2 App accounts
The App does not require an account. The optional Cloud tier requires a separate account for syncing.
3. App Plans and Payments
3.1 Free tier
The App’s Free tier is available at no cost and allows storage of up to 10 recipes, including recipes added from the library.
3.2 Pro and Cloud tiers
Paid tiers are available only by in-app purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Nothing is sold on the website.
3.3 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Google or Apple. Refund requests must be directed to the respective store.
4. Library Recipes
Recipes in the library are owned by Misha Enterprises Ltd. or used under licence. Members may view, download and import them for personal, non-commercial use. You may share a recipe file with a friend, but you may not republish library recipes, photos or methods on another website, in an app, or for sale.
5. Reviews and Comments
Members can rate and review library recipes. Every review is checked before it is published, and we may decline or remove any review. Reviews must be about the recipe and your own experience making it. Don’t post spam, links, advertising, personal information, or abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content, and don’t give unsafe food-handling advice. You keep ownership of your review and give Misha Enterprises Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the website and in the app. You can edit or delete your review at any time; edited reviews are checked again.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, scrape, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of all recipes and content you create. By using Cloud sync, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Sausage Guru name, logo, recipe library and app design are the intellectual property of Misha Enterprises Ltd.
9. Food Safety
Sausage Guru provides recipes and a recipe management tool for information only. You are responsible for safe food handling, accurate weighing of curing salts, and cooking to safe temperatures. Read our food safety guide.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Recipe calculations are provided as a convenience. You are solely responsible for verifying the safety and accuracy of any recipe.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MISHA ENTERPRISES LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
12. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms or change the library. You can delete your membership at any time from your account page.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
